Service and Personal Attention. Perhaps the most important benefit you can expect will be personal attention and service. We have been providing world-class service for over 19 years in our current location.

We understand that as a business you need quick access to products and services. We promise to be responsive to your needs and many of the products we offer can be available within 3 business days. We are available by phone during normal business operating hours (Monday-Saturday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sunday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm), and we are also available to take calls directly through our Commercial Sales Manager during off business hours. All calls that are not answered immediately will be returned promptly. We stand ready to facilitate any requests you may need as well as quotes that you may have—whether it is a single item that you use daily in your business, or a group of hard to find specialty items for a current job!

Expertise. We have a seasoned sales staff that has a combined total of over 100 years of experience in hardware related business. We know hardware, and we know what our business customers need.

Sales Team. We have a dedicated Sales Manager and support staff ready to service your business’ needs.

Product Selection & Availability. Along with the more than 23,000 items available in our store and the additional 37,000 items in our regional warehouse, we also offer an extensive Commercial/Industrial supply program for our valuable business customers such as your company. This program rivals the largest Commercial/Industrial suppliers nationwide in both price and selection. Items in our store are available and ready to pick up during normal operating hours. We can order items from our warehouse, and in many circumstances can have those items in our store within hours, and for items that we order directly from our extensive list of vendors, we can usually have within 3-5 business days.

Convenience. You have more important things to attend to beyond procuring products and services you need to service your customers. We offer multiple resources for placing orders and submitting bids. We currently can accept orders or bids via fax, phone, or email 24 hours a day which will allow you to place orders on your own schedule—not just ours.

Delivery. Our delivery program can save your business money. Why send a $40 per hour employee over to pick up products when we can have it delivered to your location. Delivery will also help to get the products you need quicker.
